I'm going through an RPG phase at the moment & playing all three Avernum games and Baldur's Gate II.
Weirdly, BGII absoloutely refuses to work on my dual 2GHz G5, so I'm playing that on my G4 iMac, whilst playing Avernum on a 23" ACD G5

Advance Wars Dual Strike has consumed my life. my poor little Nintendogs haven't seen much of their owner since getting the micro war game.
And the original Mario Land GB game. in my original black GB too. nostalgia at its greatest :)
last night I played a few minutes on most of my GBA collection though. I'll scream my opinion forever; the GBA has to be the single greatest gaming machine ever. although Advance Wars is a much better game on the DS.

Mainly just Doom 3, which, for the most part, runs smooth as butter on my 2.3GHz DP Power Mac G5 w/ 2GB DDR, 250GB HD, 128MB ATI Radeon 9600.
Besides that, I have played Lego Star Wars a few times.

I'll be getting Fire Emblem, DDR: Mario Mix and Battalion Wars in about a week when Toy's R Us has it's buy 2 get 1 free sale, so my Gamecube will be getting some action soon.

Advance Wars DS and Guild Wars.
I was playing Nintendogs. Then I picked up AWDS and, well, the rest is history. I'm gonna trade/sell Nintendogs pretty soon, though. I picked it back up the other day and got bored quickly.
Guild Wars is pretty consuming, but I try not to play while school's in session. I have a bad habit of logging in around 8pm and not realizing that it quickly becomes 3am. MMORPGs are digital crack in the worst way.
I have NHL 2K6 for PS2, but it hasn't seen much time (thanks to school and work), but I'm hoping to catch up over Thanksgiving break. :)

I'm stuck out on a job in Dubai for the next 2 weeks with my Windoze Xp laptop - and missing my G5 already. I must get myself a powerbook at some point, but finances say otherwise.
Have been playing Jedi Knight Outcast at home for the last couple of weeks and loving it!
While out here, playing Enemy Territory every night to chill out before I hit the sports bar downstairs in the hotel.

My two worst (best?) Mac game addictions. Though I've managed to wean myself off both with my Xbox.
Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory is a must, as well as Jade Empire and Knights of the Old Republic I and II.

A little Myst V for Mac (dual 1.8)
but mostly a LOT of both Castlevania DS and Colin Mcrae Rally 2005 (PSP) - two of the most amazingly fun games to come along in a while.
Some Winning Eleven 9 Uniquitous Evolution Soccer (what a long name!) on the PSP - best soccer for the PSP, soon to be "Pro Evolution 5" in Euro.
Also enjoying several other PSP games quite a bit, though not in the past week: Medievil Resurrection, SSX, Namco Museum, and Toca Race Driver 2 (amazing driving simulator).
Time to buck down and study again...uhg

A little Myst V for Mac (dual 1.8)How does that compare to Myst III? I just started Myst III and I'm totally missing whole puzzles, I feel so dumb. My bf bought me Myst V and I'm debating whether or not to return it since I'm having issues w/ Myst III even! :o
I've been playing MacSudoku (http://www.rosboroughtech.com/macsudoku.html) and Luxor (http://www.computer-game.us/mac/luxorformac.htm) (similar to Yahoo games' Zuma).

Far too little time w/ 20 cred. hours + 10 work hours + student government a week to play games...but, when I get a chance, usually UT2004 (which plays pretty well on my system for being under "minimum" requirements), Kill Monty if I'm in a ticked off/fast action mood.
Scattered playings include Oni, Space Colony Demo, Jedi Academy, Perfect Dark, Mario Kart Double Dash, and Star Wars: Rogue Squadron.

Ok... this is going to be a really dumb question but what game would be a good test of the increased performance of my new system to really "showcase" the improvements (new config in my sig). My old games consisted of Ghost Recon, Diablo 2, Unreal, to give you something to go by... thanks.
