Did some research on this and the result was still unresolved.

Seems like the intel 4000 on the 2012 Mac mini is better than the 6630 radeon on the 2011 Mac mini but it was dependent upon what gpu the intel was on (i7 better than i5).

For us fellow wow'ers, which version yields better fps?

The end result is minimal. A friend claims the performance when playing starcraft at higher setting isn't as good on his 6,2 mini vs my 5,2 mini. I've played and observed both in action. I noticed no difference and concluded he was delusional or suffering from grass is always greener syndrome.

Yes, it has been throughly "documented" that the 6630m is a bit better than the HD4000 (e.g try using something like Dolphin -Wii emulator- and you'll see).

Hopefully the HD5000 will be "way better", since Apple's trend on the Minis tend to be using the built-in CPU on the intel core.
