fraps is a program that lets you capture screenshots and clips while playing a game or anything alike in WINDOWS

what is the MAC equivalent to this program that would work nicely on my powerbook.

Could we NOT put all that excess punctuation in subject lines, please? It makes the thread show up as just "..." in certain views.
