iPhone5 charging dock for otterbox commuter case?

Is there a charging dock available that can be used with the commuter case? The problem seems to be the rubber "tabs" on the bottom that cover the charging port and headphone jack port. Those need to be flipped back which adds some bending force upon the lightening connector.

I've considered just removing the tabs, but am leaving that as a last resort option.
