hey

has anybody here used bidpay on ebay

i've received an email saying my payment for something i just sold on
ebay will be sent out.

they say it will bent sent after i reply with the tracking number
is this the procedure????

BidPay is BS, might not be in some cases, but ive never seen it.

If someone says they paid to a 3rd party, and the 3rd party will only give you the money when you send the 3rd party a tracking number proving it was shipped.

In reality you ship, and there was no payment ever made.

This is what feedback on eBay is for. For legitimacy in that you can pay for something and you wil recieve something.

BidPay is a scam IMO.

Sounds like a scam to me as well. I have always used paypal and I have had no troubles with it. I would follow the advice of others and avoid bidpay.

My wife uses ebay and PayPal regulary. She used bidpay once and only once because the seller only accepted it. I don't recal anything like that, but I know she hated bidpay and will not buy from anyone who will only except it simply from the hastle.
