Logout cancelled? (2012 Mini)

Hello,

For some reason, the past week or so every time i shut down or log out on my Mini, it displays an error message and won't log out. I have to hold down the power button in order to shut it down. Anyone have any idea what the message below means? The program its talking about doesnt show up in the force quit menu.

That process is part of Time Machine. Is your external drive connected, and is TM backing up?
You can launch Activity Monitor in the Utilities folder and quit the process from there. But that doesn't really solve the issue of why it's holding up logout, which you need to resolve.
