So i want two monitors and I need the Thunderbolt port for my Audio PCIe card.

PCIe Data transfers 8Gb/s. If i am running a monitor as well off of one port does the Thunderbolt's 10Gb/s split 50/50 between the two devices? So in other words, My PCIe chassis gets 5Gb/s and monitor gets 5Gb/s?

Or will both devices get 10gB/s?

Video Chanel is completely seperate from pci express Chanel. This is like having an underground pipe that goes to your street carying water and telephone lines and asking if making a land line call will affect the temperature of your water. :)
