is it that much better in 10.2? Will a 450DP with an ati 8500 be able to play it well?

What, MOH:AA or Third Reich?

MOH:AA should run fine on your machine, given that it has enough RAM.

UT and related mods under X.2 are still uncertain at this point as the UTX betas are not very complete.
