Screen Recorder Software?

Hello All,

I'm new to MAC's and I'm having trouble finding software that will do what I want. If you know of an app that can capture screen activity and save it into a .mov and .swf file please reply to this post.

i suspect it would be a custom apple-internal solution.

I use MovieGrab. It's not free, but it seems to do everything the paid one does? I don't know. I never paid for it, but it doesn't seem to have any limits. I think it works great too.
