View Full Version : FS: Cosmetically Damaged, but Fully Functional 15" Al PB Screen/Lid

Recently, the lid to my powerbook was damaged at my college's IT department. Though it still worked, IT was kind enough to buy and install a new screen for me. They also gave me the old screen, so I figured I'd post to see if anyone on macrumors would be interested in buying it.

The LCD still functions flawlessly. The WiFi works as well. There is a dent/scratch on the front and it will not latch shut.

I can furnish pictures upon request.

I'll take just about any offer, so let me know what you have in mind.

Thanks!

The display and wifi are fully functional. I am going to check with the IT people at school to be sure that it wasn't damage when they removed it. When it was damaged, the person that was carrying it tripped over a box (a dell box...) and the screen hit the edge of a white board on the wall.

i would pay 0 because it dosen't make a difference to me because i can't make use of it! :D i think 300 is what the monitor is worth. the problem is instaling and stuff. so, where is the dvi port and stuff?
