iPad Mini wallpaper request

This is a tattoo that I have. I would like to see if I can get it turned into a wallpaper for my Mini. the issue i have is that I don't really want my hairy leg in the background. would it be possible for somebody to color the background black or grey or even white... (I'm not a color person...), sharpen it up a bit and resize it for the Mini?

would it be easier to make a new one?...

nope, don't own a mini yet, waiting for the retina version. it's not a bother doing these walls, so no worries...
