FS: PB 12" G4 1.5ghz, 1.25GB RAM...

selling a 12" G4 Powerbook 1.5ghz
Combo Drive, 60GB 5400rpm HD, 1.25 GB RAM, airport extreme card, bluetooth, scrolling track pad, etc. original box, manuals, cables, CDs.

purchased in March '05 from macmall.com, still time left on the 1 year Apple warranty if you wish to purchase additional applecare.

its in great condition, only wear is on the front button that unlatches the screen from the closed position (from finger oil), and a little bit of rub-off from finger oil on the space bar. pictures of the PB are available by email, on request.

the ram upgrade came from www.macsales.com
its a 1GB Samsung PC-2700 and cost me $169.

$1300 USD + Shipping (Continental US) takes it.
i'll throw in a 15" koolsink laptop stand from www.koolsink.com for free.

add $15 and i'll throw in a hardly used Griffin iCurve stand, and i'll pay the shipping on the iCurve. But only for those buying the PB (i won't sell the iCurve seperately, as i really need to move the PB). I'm selling to fund an audio mixing console to use with my iMac G5. I don't need the portability of the PB any longer.

i'm afraid not,
it would make it terribly difficult to sell a G4 Powerbook with only 256MB of RAM, half of what it had originally.

no thanks. unfortunately i don't need portability any longer.
i need to either raise money for a mixing console, or get a 2nd more powerful machine.

compatibility and such. i know for a fact that this ram works exceptionally well in this particular machine. i'd rather not chance it with another stick of ram.

Will it help any if this stick comes straight from Apple and isn't more than 2 months old. In fact, it would come straight out of this 12" PB 1.5 I am typing on right now. Just let me know if anyone specifies, I rather not have all that RAM and I will be there in a second.
