L recently upgraded to late 2012 Mini and used Migration Assistant to transfer files from my Imac. Now whenever I boot up te Mini I get a window that says EEventManager. This window is empty, and having done a bit or research, I think it has something to do with an Epson printer I no longer have. Anyway, i would appreciate any advice on how to keep this window from opening on startup. Thanks for any help.

Check System Preferences > Users & Groups, click on your user account, then click Login Items. If you see something there that looks like it might be this item, click on it and hit the minus button at the bottom to remove.

Thanks that did the trick.
