Just another "help me buy an air for my intended use" thread

So I want to get an Air.

My budget is $750 (as of now, not willing to go above $1,000)

My intended uses are:

• school
• web
• netflix
• portable LoL and other light games
• reading (comics too)
• iTunes rentals/movie downloads to 42" HDTV (720p) via HDMI

Stuff that's important to me:

• Battery
• Screen
• Performance
• Temps

I've been watching CL lately, some deals but not exactly what I want. So my question is with the refresh release coming out this summer what will be the price of the old Airs? Refurbished and new alike. If they could go down a little lower than what they are currently i'd most likely wait for that instead of buying used.

So what do you think? I don't need one immediately, though it would be nice

Yeah what I usually do is ask for close ups and to try it out before I buy. I also always ask for the serial and run it by apple to make sure it's not stolen.
