What is the general consensus out there on the intego products for OS X? I am particularly wondering about the virus protection and the anti spam products. Have people expereinced problems with thier systems after installing intego products?

OS X 10.3.9 on an ibook G4.
 
I had relatively good luck with Intego NetBarrier. It was extra protection against attacks over the internet because it helped isolate machines ping-flooding and doing other tedious to find problems.

The one thing I noticed that was difficult was that they were slow to update for operating system changes. I often had to wait a while or go without NetBarrier.

While it's not a problem with the software itself, customer service was difficult and haphazard.
