I'm not done encoding yet, so I don't know how it wil turn out, but I heard it works really well.

real easy and quick but damn the encoding is still slower than molassess.

Yeah... it took about 2.5 hours to encode a 20 minute MPEG. I think ffmpegX is best in terms of speed. It is much, much faster than any of the encoders I've tried, including QuickTime 7 Pro.
