When I installed 10.4.2 my Linksys PCI wireless adapter stopped seing any wireless networks. I had to reinstall Tiger and only upgrade to 10.4.1. Has 10.4.3 fixed this problem?

Sounds like more of a Linksys problem than an Apple problem. It is up to them to update their drivers with new OS releases. Have you checked the Linksys website for updated drivers?
