How do I download torrents then view them directly on my jailbroken iPad? I do not want to install any software on my desktop PC.

Install itransmission from cydia. and then view/move/delete/rename them with ifile.

If you have safari downloader installed as well, disable it from the settings menu before clicking on the terrrent link or else it will dl the torrent rather than open it in itransmission.
