But then again when ML was announced, the price was also set. Also people buying the new rMBPs (with Lion!) back then got the ML upgrade for free.

The new MB Airs come with ML preinstalled.

With that said I think it's just going to be a free upgrade (?).

Lion and Snow Leopard costed $29,99, but ML is the first yearly release of OS X and therefore costs only $19,99. I would be surprised by a increase in price.

Who the hell said anything about an increase? If anything it might be cheaper.

I know Lion became $19.99 at some point.

Yep, but you said it was 19.99, it wasn't 19.99 when it first launched that's basically what i was trying to say.

I didn't buy mountain lion either. Got it for free with the apple code cuz my mini had lion and no mountains.
