Yes, and I'm glad to see Apple didn't take it as far. IMHO Microsoft has removed too many design elements and in some cases it isn't obvious what's available.

Looks more inspired by the Yahoo weather app.

It does look windows 8 inspired and it just so turns out I like the look of windows 8

It doesn't look like Aero Glass, it's much flatter.

By 'inspired' you mean ripped off. They ripped a ton of android stuff too. As well as WebOS cards.

I wonder when the patent lawsuits will start.

It'd be interesting to see if Apple does the Windows and Android GUI elements better....
