Flash Tutorials

Hey.

I just picked up a copy of Studio 8. Was going to play around with Flash, and maybe go through some of the tutorials. Are they worthwhile, or any other complimentary info I should look at?

I went through a few tutorials yes they are helpful. Make sure the tutorial is for the exact version of Flash you have. There are many Flash tutorial sites other than the Macromedia tutorials and some of the ones on the MM site are as old as the hills. The code for those will not work in version 8

The best way to get a handle on Flash though is to pop it open and start playing.
When you get so lost that your movie is hoplessly a mess, start over and repeat until...well...just repeat. ;)
