Is there anyone else that has noticed this?
It almost feels like Apple is a little bit to agressive with the fanspeed in Mavericks, maybe to save some power, especially on their notebooks, if i manually increase my fanspeed on my Macbook Pro, it will drain the battery like crazy, so thats probably one area Apple wants to optimize.
But yeah, i am currently just using 5% of my CPU power and the top of the iMac cant be touched for more than a couple of seconds, especially the top left corner, sure its an exhaust vent so it should be hot, it means that it is evacuating the hot air from inside the computer etc, but well i think its a tad to hot, in ML, the fan would have been speeding up from idle now.
Anyone else that feels that their computer is alot hotter in Mavericks?
Edit Ok, just saw another thread but that was in Windows with bootcamp so yeah.
