Mord macrumors G4 Nov 5, 2005 #2 unless you buy a SCSI card you have to get a sata hard drive, western digital make 10k raptor HD's i'd pick up one or two of them.

Daveway macrumors 68040 Nov 5, 2005 #3 I think those would have to be external SCSIs if you wanted that. I vote on the SATA Raptors. I would start with one, no telling if the G5 can handle the heat from 2 Raptors.
