iOS 7 Mail App Bug - No Compose Button

Am I the only one that doesn't have a compose button, or the tool bar as seen on apples site, in the mail app in iOS 7? Just noticed it today. I am still able to write an email if I click someones email from their contact.

I will try to restore later but just curious if I am the only one. I am on a 4S btw.

I had this happen yesterday. I tried to reply to an email and there was no reply button anywhere. Compose was gone as well. I thought maybe I was missing something, but I couldn't find a way to reply from anywhere in the app. Seems back to normal today.
