View Full Version : Plugged in iPod freazes Windows PC

My sister has an iPod that she got for Christmas last year and now whenever she plus it into a computer, the computer locks up and ONLY goes back to normal if you unplug it. What's going on here? I updated the Firmware and it is iTunes 6.0.

Mine did the same before I took it in to get replaced. It was a failing hard drive. Sorry, but it sounds like you're sister may have the same thing. :(

The thing is that it plays the songs just fine, it just locks up the computer when connected and the interface is REALLY slow.
