I've reset several times, everything seems well - but no Nike+ app with my iPhone 5 using Settings>Genral>Software update.

Where exactly is it? I feel like I've looked through all the settings.. don't see a toggle anywhere there.
Ah yes, it's in the regular App settings instead of being separated with the other Apple-included apps!
