Problems with my html5 code

Hello, im having a problem with my code, the problem is, when i play the program on chrome, its works perfectly, but when i play on IE10 or firefox, i get very laggy, its like the videos are playig in 5 fps, and the browser breaks alot.

Please check this for me why im having breaks on IE10 and firefox, if i remove the mediagroup the video play fine, but after i removed i will not have full controllers control of the videos at the same time.

Let my start saying this.

1. Instead of whining on this forum, try over at stackoverflow.

2. your code is a ********** mess..

3. write your in-code comments in English, it's pretty much the universal language for developers, I don't even know what language you wrote it in, but it just contributed to make it look even more messier, besides comments is a bad habbit, Code should be self documenting.
