iCloud wont sync contacts/calenders

Not too sure whats going on, but it will sync everything else. My iPad mini is still running iOS6 and syncs fine, but my 4S isn't receiving either. IS anyone else having these issues?

Also it seems my gmail calender isn't showing me reminders or even in the notification center...even though all the settings are set correctly...

Not sure other than it's a beta. Turn iCloud off and back on see if that helps. File a bug report.

On the 4S, issues are sporadic. If I add an event in Calendar on my 4S on iOS7, it syncs all other devices just fine. I think the reverse is true, but not sure. Some events created prior installing iOS7, don't display at all (even events in the same calendar). Haven't yet determined a pattern to it.
