Moby Dock (for windows)

I know this deviates from the name of this forum (Mac Apps), but
I had to post it, because I think it is a really cool app that deserves
mentioning despite it being for a PC. I have a PC running Windows
XP, and yesterday when I was at spymac I saw they had mentioned
mobydock. They said it would give my PC a dock, so naturally I
was excited and I thought I would give it a try. SO I downloaded
it, and look at what my desktop looks like now:

Is that not 10 times better then regular windows XP?!?! It is still
very buggy but it is only at version .65. The dock is totally
customizable, you can set magnification, size, and position. You
can add things to it, and take things off of it. It even has the
poof effect when you take something off the 'dock'. It is a very
good program that helps remind me of.... ::: A tear rolls down my
cheek::: Mac OS X. It still has many bugs but I recommend you
download it if you have a PC.

Possible, yes. But from the business point of view, it is still illegal to clone copyrighted intellectual property... could it hurt Apple... don´t know, but the market share won´t drop below the current count because of that app.
Anyway, it *is* an infringement, right?
What Apple may do about this is still unknown, so let´s wait and see.

There are other docks for windows. I personally prefer ObjectDock...not quite as functional as mobydock, but seems to run faster on my machine. Also newer and better versions come out every week; the final release should be in a couple of months.

There is also another dock Y'z dock, but it doesn't have taskbar functionality yet. (not that I know of). It runs VERY fast tho, you should check out these other options.

Apple should only be able to sue if it's a direct copyright? Why would Apple sue for a dock program, as well as the program being unstable? That's not like Apple. :p
