Syncing ad-hoc app to iPad via iTunes 11.0.4.4 on Windows 7

I'm helping someone install an app that I made to her iPad. She confirmed that she has the provisioning profile she needs and that the app is in her iTunes library. I'm pretty sure the provisioning profile is valid and her iPad's UDID is in it. I told her to sync her iPad, which she did, but the app does not appear on her iPad.

Please help me help her, because I am not familiar with iTunes 11 on Windows 7.

Never mind. The problem seems to have fixed itself.
