Max TCP connections on OS X

does any one if its limited like it is in Windows XP SP2 and if so what is the limit and can you set it to something else, cheers.
 
I've never seen a limit on any OS. Of course, there are only 65k ports, so you could theoretically hit a limit if you connected multiple times to one device.
