I cannot enable the AFP file sharing protocol, the checkbox stays open no matter how mant times I click on it. Apple support says "5. To change the protocol used for sharing files, click Options, and select AFP or SMB." But they don't tell you what to do when you can't select AFP!
Any pointers? That checkbox is enabled on my Macmini, what's the difference?
Found a hint on Apple's forums: deleting "com.apple.AppleShareClient.plist*", 3 files, in the Library/Preferences and User/Library/Preferences fixed it.
Those files were NOT recreated after a reboot, but now I can enable/disable AFP. Buggy ML
