Xbox Controller Recharge Batteries.

I have had these for a while now and cannot find out this out.
When you put them on recharge the green LED comes on, that's OK, but it stays on, there seems to be n way to know if they are fully charged. No instructions as such comes with them even to say charge for a time period.
Anybody use these and if so any info on recharging them IE: Time till full charge etc.
