Anyone know how to get it back after a reset or power off/on - seems to disappear and don't know how to force it to come back...will sometimes show up but not every time...

hi, i have just installed ios 7 Beta 3 in iphone 4, in weather i am not able to remove the cities, is there any way out? secondly there is no animation in weather and no wallpaper view while tilting the device.
Go to the list of cities (the icon at the bottom right) and swipe to delete.
iPhone 4 does not have all the fancy animations and parallax because it's an older device and doesn't support them.
Restart until it shows up again (I'm serious, this is the fix - it's a beta)
worked...but still don't ever get traffic notifications ...
I also have the problem with traffic notifications since upgrading to beta 3.
Let's hope beta 4 fixes this.
