Apologizes if this has been addressed, but I updated Beta 4 yesterday and synced my phone to get my new music. I keep a smart playlist of "Recently Added" to have my newest songs added in the order I add them to iTunes.
None of the songs I synced after I upgraded to Beta 4 were included on this playlist. However, they were synced to my phone & added in to my Music App.
