DVI/VGA both would be nice. Now also make it a Firewire hub (just for the Mini), a USB hub (three ports switched, three for just the Mini), include line-in (via USB like Griffin iMic), a multi-format flash card reader, an internal hard disk bay, and a front-loading universal iPod Dock (with the new docking adapters)... plus TV-out built-in (all it takes is a cheap adapter like Apple's dongle)... then move most of the ports discretely to the back, and make room inside the case to hold and cool the Mini's power supply (or build in an alternative power supply). Make the unit clip neatly and firmly to the bottom vents of the Mini. Bingo! Everything in one, easily portable if you wish! Throw in an optional battery and surge protector (for power, modem, and network) while you're at it. Heck, throw in internal stereo speakers and an internal laptop-style mic for iChat.

By now it's probably cube-shaped :)
