File name won't display in Ps CS6 Window

Hi,
I hope this isn't too trivial I can't get the file name to display at the top of the window in Ps CS6. Can anyone tell me how to get i tot display instead of Adobe Photoshop CS6? I've attached a screenshot.

It will not show in the spot you are looking at. First open an image you already have. Once you open it, in the upper left hand corner will be a tab with your file name. Look at my screenshot below.
