iPod 5g iPod and old versions of iTunes?

Hey all,

Just a quick question. I only have iTunes 4.9 at work, and I am unable to upgrade to iTunes 6.

My primary machine is my 12" pb at home, but I'd still like to be able to interact with my work pc and iTunes.

Is this possible with the 5g iPod?

Why can't you upgrade the work iTunes? It's worth a try but I reckon it'll probably ask you to upgrade. 😱
