Hello.
I am interested in trading away my iMac G3 and PowerBook G3 Wallstreet.
I would like to get a PowerMac G4 for them, if possible, to use as a small server for my website. If this is not possible, I would trade the iMac for a b/w g3.
I would also trade the iMac for an iPod.
I am also up to selling either of them, name a price.
iMac G3
Lime
400 MHz
128MB
10GB
DVD-ROM (a cd is stuck in the drive. i can attempt to get it out if u wish, but I am hesitant to in fear of breaking something)
generic usb mouse, generic split usb keyboard, power cable
OS 10.4.3 (NO TIGER CD!) I am assuming you have a liscence for 10.4 to use on this machine. I would be more than happy to wipe the drive for you.
I will be including an iMac restore cd.
PowerBook G3 (Wallstreet)
250MHz
160MB
20GB!
cd-rom
near-dead battery. still works fine with sleeping and usage for about 5 mins.
yo-yo adapter/charger
OS 9, 10.2, and 10.3 (using xpostfacto, with jag as the host)
no cd included. can wipe if u request.
a pcmcia 802.11b card is availible as well. works perfectly in the pbg3, with a 3rd party driver made for the specific chipset of the card, for os x. However, the driver being used is the only one I can find, and does not work with 128 bit WEP (have not tried anything else, and there is a field in the system pref panel of the driver for a password for the network. maybe like 40-bit works?) i took encrytion off my network and it works fine.
pm or reply.
