Hi everyone... I'm new here.
I was wondering if anyone could provide some guidance on an issue I am having working with a user.
The user is attempting to log in to their account, Network account on a Mac that has been bound to AD that is FileVaulted, and they keep receiving a window asking for a password for their sparsebundle.
We have tried several of the users passwords... but no luck... it could be that she doesn't remember the correct one. it won't let her log into her account and all of her information is inaccessible.
Any suggestions as to where to go from here?
