It's amazing that such powerful apps are so inexpensive.

It also goes to show you no matter how powerful an app is there is no substitute for artistic talent. I could use this app until the end of time and never come up with anything remotely as good as what is in the video :D

Agree completely. This app is gold for painters. As a hobbyist, I have completely moved from paper/pencil/brush medium to the ipad for my painting bursts. My day job and rigors of day to day life simply did not allow me to paint anything complete before I moved to iPad. Before this I would create something once or twice a year. With the iPad, I keep making portions as an when time permits. iPad is a great platform for artists.

And this app is just brilliant.

I'm so happy you can do recording now! Thats one of the things I missed terribly from Brushes.

Terrific app. This app is one of the reasons Android is unacceptable. Giving up apps like these in order to download system mods? Cannot do it.

This and Adobe Ideas are my go-to apps for sketching out ideas. For "real art," this has the edge over Ideas (unless you want sharp vectors).

Love the new video recording feature, this app is definitely one of if not the best drawing/painting app. My stylus isn't pressure sensitive but I can still do some nice stuff, can't even imagine how much more I'm going to love it once I get one that is pressure sensitive.
I love Photoshop touch but its not a great painting app, it's great for image editing but does not pack the punch procreate does as far as brushes and painting goes. @Nagromme, adobe ideas is a cool app for vector work but if you haven't already you should check out InkPad, it's the closes thing to Illustrator Ive tried so far. You can do so much more than you can in Ideas.

I would strongly suggest Procreate, Photoshop touch and InkPad to anyone designing or painting on an Ipad.
Another nice app is Sketches. I'm taking the free version for a test ride and I like it so far, updating to pro is only like 2 bucks and seems like its more than worth it.
Anyway I give Procreate 5 out of 5 apples!:apple::apple::apple::apple::apple:
