So, I'm replacing the inverter board in the iBook and I manage to RIP THE SPEAKER WIRES (like, no hope in ever replacing. They RIPPED.)

Where is a place other than PBfixit I can get iBook parts? (PBfixit is out of stock of what I need.)

What I need is the upper case (trackpad area) for a G3 800 MHz.

Any of these any good?

Can you not strip the wires a little, solder them back together and cover the join with tape? If it's just the speaker wires there can only be 4 (max), so joining them should be easy.

Why were you taking the machine to bits anyway?

Edit to add: ignore the last question. I should learn to read better!
