So apart from all the changes in the apps that come with ios7, you guys will be surprised how much the other apps will change just by being updated using the latest apple sdk. The screenshot shows an app that I submitted to apple's store (I'm a developer) in Friday. It shows it running as submitted on the left (using ios 6 sdk, which still looks like 6 when running on 7), and on the right shows it built again with the ios7 beta sdk. Pretty wild difference. I actually don't like the segmented control on 7 because it clashes so much with the background, forcing me to add a drop shadow.
Still, the 7 look has somewhat grown on me, especially with the toolbars and simplistic buttons.
