I currently have a black 4GB Nano and I am running out of space.I love how small it is. I am considering getting a 30GB iPod since I need more space. Since I like how small the nano is, has anyone heard rumors or think that the nano will get an upgrade to a larger hard drive or should I just go ahead and get the 30GB iPod now? I know I should just get what I "need" but if there is going to be an update to the nano then I could hold off and get by with the nano that I have.

I don't think so, they only updated a little more than a month ago.
Besides you can check the Buyers Guide tab.

A nano update won't be more then 6-8 gigs at the most. That is still much less then the 30gigs in the Video. If you music library is expanding at a rapid pace, I would go with a 30 or even the 60 to last you for several years.
