This Motorola E815 is in very good condition with almost no cosmetic flaws, and absolutely no mechanical or operational flaws. There is one very small scratch on the top part of the flip that was caused by the phone's build - the hinge scratched the top of the phone. Right now, that spot is covered with an inconspicuous silver star that can be removed if you'd like. There are no scratches whatsoever on the screens, internal or external.
This phone has Bluetooth, a speaker phone, an extremely large internal 262,000 color display, photo caller ID on the outside color display, a megapixel camera/video camera, the ability to use Verizon's VCAST service to watch video clips (this is a feature VZ bills monthly), mobile web, text messaging, and more. In fact, you can use a wireless headset (included!) to talk without even touching your phone from up to 32.4 feet away, or use the Bluetooth to synchronize your computer's contacts with your phone!!!
