To find where it last calls your code, you want to symbolicate that crash log. Open Xcode, open the Organizer, click on devices, click on Device Logs in the left column, click Import at the bottom, click on the imported crash log and wait a moment. Magically the right pain will convert that raw file into file where you can see which lines were executed.

I recently learned about this method. It does depend on still having the resources available via Xcode Organizer. If you have saved them off line from Xcode, then there should still be a manual method to produce the output but you'd have to search for that method on the net. The manual method isn't difficult, just a small hassle.

When you get a SIGABRT the explanation of the problem will be in the debugger or system console. (The system console in the case since you weren't running under the debugger.) Look there for the explanation if you can reproduce this.

Try using iConsole to, it's a component from Nick Lockwood, which will catch crashes in your app, and you can view it next time you open the app. You can also put logs in there for when you're not attached to the debugger.
