That is the GM build number. What do you mean by "is this it"?

sorry what I meant was come 18th will that be an update for us too or is this exactly what they release? assuming they release a different version with a few more fixes, we should be able to just update from updater on screen right?

Should be the same version. If it's not, or if/when there will be an update, it should be available for those with GM as well.
