xbox and DS games for x-mas

well, I just got a DS and an xbox (original, not 360) and I'm looking to get some games to ask for x-mas. I've got XY:XX feel the magic and Super mario 64 for the DS, and for the xbox I've got Halo 2, GTA 3&Vice city, LOTR Return of the king, Fable, ford racing 3, and Doom 3 CE. What would you guys reccomend for other games? I know I want san andreas for the xbox and thats about all I know I want for sure at this point

Half-Life 2 is a must buy for xbox. Nintendogs seems to be THE game for the DS.

Mario Kart is probably the best game on DS at this point.

Mario Kart DS, yes. Meteos is horribly addicting and has given me many happy hours. Advance Wars DS is very good also. Nintendogs isn't my cup of tea, but you may like it.

Haven't played it except in the store, but Metroid Pinball looks like it might be pretty fun.

Ninja Gaiden Black for Xbox

Mario Kart DS is probably the single greatest racing game to date.
Castlevania is a killer platformer. Gameplay here is brilliant.
Panzer Dragoon for the Xbox is old, sort of rare and is awesome. 50% of the reason I bought an Xbox (other being Halo 1).
Advance Wars i'd recommend but its probably too addictive. christmas is a very social time. Mario Kart and Advance Wars DS would keep you locked away ;)

I had nintendogs, I liked it for the first like 30 mins, then was like wow, this is dumb and traded it for mario 64. I'll have to check out all those games, thanks a lot everyone

Mario Kart is so good and what makes it better is the portability of DS. I'm a wifi hound now everywhere I go "i wonder if theres wifi here" just so I can play on NintendoWifi YES THAT IS HOW ADDICTED I AM TO THIS GREAT GAME!
