Embedded Youtube videos buffer but don't start?

For all the ios7 betas I've noticed that embedded youtube videos buffer but don't play until I manually move the slider to 0:01 or later

Does anyone else have this issue?

It's the same on both my ipad4 and iPhone 4S .
