Now with the new Touch ID technology, wouldn't it be cool that for certain registered fingerprints, certain features are allowed to be used.

For example: You have your child's fingerprint registered, and when he or she uses the phone, and it scans their fingerprint, parental controls turn on. And when your finger is scanned, parental controls are off.

That would be a cool idea, turn on or off the restrictions depending on the fingerprint. Meaning some apps wouldn't even appear in the homescreen.
Now if Apple only had user accounts in iOS 7 it would be a huge. They allow for 5 fingerprints to be registered, so why don't they make separate accounts like Android, it would make a lot of sense and a pretty cool thing.
Would also be cool to have a guest user. Anyone could enter put they couldn't change settings or delete or change anything at all, even with password, and of course restrictions to make sure only certain apps are usable.

How would guest feature work?
